There are no hidden fees, and you’ll receive a transparent, upfront quote before we begin.

For one fixed price our service can include all of the following:

Sorting, packing and removal of all movable items from inside the property, in any outbuildings and in the garden.
Removal and responsible disposal of any junk / rubbish on the property.
Identification of sellable / valuable items.
All the smaller tasks taken care of – returning any hired equipment in the home, organising charitable donations, picking up and dropping off keys, etc.
Other add on services such as cleaning, gardening and property styling.
All costs included in one upfront quote including all labour, all transport costs, all disposal fees, all administration costs, all packing materials and other equipment.

Securing Your Clearance with Confidence

At Perth Resale Specialists, we understand transparency is key. To secure your booking and schedule your clearance, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon our arrival at the property.
