Amanda and her team were an absolute godsend in packing and decluttering our house of 30+ years ready for selling. We  chose Amanda for her fixed price quote so there would be no surprises with an hourly rate. Amanda managed to move us out to our new house south of Perth in just 2.5 days while her team  continued to attend to the necessary tasks. Her  coordination and great team did a miraculous job of packing,  cleaning, decluttering including 4 garden sheds and organising tradesmen at reasonable rates in a very short time frame enabling us to list our house. After 30 odd years there was so much stuff to move and dispose of including donations to a variety of  charities. Our garden was also sadly neglected and Amanda organised plants, mulching and changing the garden into a much more attractive property. We were impressed with the speed and coordination Amanda managed the work from top to bottom of the house and the  cheerful disposition of her team. Had it not been for Amanda and her team  and given our age we would never have moved into our new house on the  canals south of Perth. Thank you so much Amanda and your lovely team.

Amanda and the entire Team from Perth Resale Specialists, turned a stressful, overwhelming task of moving my elderly mother and my brother into care, into a seamless, practically stress free experience. From sorting an entire filthy house, ensuring anything unwanted, but worthwhile, went to community charities, to organising scrap metal to be taken away by local artisans to make into something beautiful. They removed and stored wanted items into a storage unit for us, and then worked their magic completing a pre-sale clean of the house, they are THE ONE STOP SHOP.  Amanda, Tyree, Todd and their entire team was professional, respectful and sensitive at all times.  While also offering a little fun and happiness into what could have been a much sadder time.
